At Anglian Water, we are dedicated to making life better for our customers every single day. Through our Priority Services Register (PSR) and Extra Care Support, we can help in lots of ways.

Our Priority Services Register (PSR) can help a wide range of people with varying needs and is completely free to sign up. Any Anglian Water customers are able to receive support from us.

Signing up to the Priority Services Register means we will be aware of your needs and can tailor our services to best suit you. This includes making your
bills easier to read, helping in the event of an interruption to your water supply and providing services such as knock & wait, which gives you a little more time to get to the door if we have to visit your home.

You can also ask us to share this with your energy provider and they will add you to their Priority Services Register and prioritise your needs during an interruption to your gas or electricity supply.

If you’re worried about your finances, we want you to know you can talk to us about it. In the last year we’ve helped nearly 350,000 customers stay on top of their bills. We offer a wide range of financial assistance that may be able to help you. This includes discounted tariffs, assistance schemes to help get you back on track if you've fallen behind with your payments, as well as flexible and affordable payment plans to suit you.

As well as looking at getting you on the best water tariff and setting up an affordable payment plan, we’ll check for ways to maximise your income by advising what benefits your household may be entitled to. We’ll also let you know about any additional support you may be entitled to such as the Warm Home Discount Scheme.

Being signed up to the Priority Services Register is reassuring for me because I know I’ll be updated directly of any planned or unexpected interruptions to my water supply, and receive priority access to bottled water if I am without water from the tap. It’s also great I can choose the best bill format for me, meaning I can remain independent and don’t need to rely on friends or family to read them for me.
