Art Ninja HQ

Last Updated: 15/07/2024

Art Ninja HQ is an adults-only community art studio and social space. It is for you if you are looking for somewhere to relax, create, make friends and feel better. There is no pressure to create, but support is available if you would like some.

It is a relaxed and fun space, some people just drop-in for a cuppa and a chat, others might have an ongoing project they work on here. The space works as a drop-in, a small donation is nice to cover refreshments and materials. There are different craft and art classes running on a Saturday too.

There is a cost involved, however there are some free resources.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Art Ninja HQ will benefit your mental health because it allows you to relax and be part of a community who understand you.
  • Being creative is one way you can relax and forget the outside world, which allows you to recoup your strength.
  • Being part of a group means you feel less isolated, which benefits your mental wellbeing, giving you lots of new interests and activities to give you positive things to think about.

Art Ninja HQ is a welcoming space where I feel safe and supported, it's also lots of fun. It has changed my life, finding Art Ninjas. I am much less stressed and feel more positive about the future.
