This is a countywide charitable referral service, run through Bridge Church Lincoln, providing a Moses Basket, filled with newborn baby essentials to parents in Lincolnshire who are struggling financially. This includes a bag of essential gifts for Mum too.
This is good for wellbeing because
- This project enables new mums to have peace of mind, ensuring that they have what is needed for their new baby.
- The mums are also supplied with hygiene items needed for themselves once they have given birth.
- The project encourages healthy connections between health visitors/midwives and their patients through the addition of receiving extra support.
This is a brilliant service and a much-needed charity for our families across Lincolnshire
