Beeautiful Minds provides therapeutic support to individuals from all walks of life. Drawing and Talking, and Sand Play allows a person to overcome barriers in their life. For example, process emotions, deal with and overcome trauma and understand their anxiety.

We offer 1:1 or group support, face-to-face or remotely. All ages are welcome.

Based on attachment theories, the sessions involve a 6-12 week programme using third person to explore the world you create on the paper or with sand. The nature of the method is non-invasive and extremely gentle; the number one alternative to CBT.

Don’t let the name put you off, you don’t have to draw or talk, be an artist, or be a conversationalist! Each person is unique, and we’re here to help you.

There is a cost to attend - some free resources are available.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Drawing and talking provides individuals with a safe space to unwind and truly be seen and heard.
  • Allows individuals dedicated personalised time to reflect, process and ponder about whatever they wish on the day.
  • Allows your wellbeing to become a priority. The support provided ensures you leave the session feeling able to understand, accept and even appreciate yourself.

Drawing and talking has really helped me to process my emotions and come to terms with things that have happened in the past. I’ve also found it a really useful tool to de-stress and practice being self aware.
