Our friendly coffee, chat, connect group is hosted by our Mental Health Community Connector at our hub at Roses Sports Ground. An informal, peer support drop-in with free tea/coffee/squash.
Mondays 1pm - 3pm.
Additional support is available in the form of signposting to other services and activities, or a one-to-one chat if needed. We are participant led, and most people want to just chat, but we are open to suggestions and can introduce an activity or game as required.
This is good for wellbeing because
- It is a safe place to chat and make friends and to find out about what else is available in the area.
- Our mental health community connector is available for a chat, and to signpost as required.
- Encourages social inclusion.
