Our Community Befriending Service offers telephone befriending calls to anyone feeling lonely or isolated living in Gainsborough or the West Lindsey area.
Befriending can be a vital link between yourself and the outside world.
This is good for wellbeing because
- We offer one-to-one telephone befriending calls to anyone age 18+ feeling socially isolated and/or lonely.
- We offer support and encouragement for you to access community services, local groups and activities.
- We provide a listening ear and make regular phone calls to you.
I really appreciated receiving the call today, I was feeling low. It really helped.
