The Dementia Cafe is open to anyone living with dementia or caring for someone with dementia. It's a great opportunity to get out, chat with others and find out more of what support is available whilst enjoying some lovely free light refreshments.
This is a free event that takes place at Newton House in Grantham on the last Thursday of every month at 10:00am.
This is good for wellbeing because
- A chance to meet with others.
- The opportunity to find out more about the support and other activities available.
- To help reduce isolation and loneliness.
