We provide support groups in our men shed and community garden. Crafting groups in our gift shop. Bereavement group, Runaway theatre for young people, counselling and mental health support.
This is good for wellbeing because
- It provides a safe space run by trained professionals and volunteers.
- Opportunities to make friends and socialise, reduces social isolation.
- People are listened to.
I love this group. I have made some really great friends in the past few months.
