Eve is Women's Wellbeing Support Group, dedicated to promoting and creating a safe place for women to meet, socialise and talk whilst receiving support online and remotely in areas of their lives that they are struggling with.
We have two groups that run on the following days:
Spilsby - New Life Centre & Wellbeing Hub
Tuesday 6 pm to 8 pm
Louth - Trinity Centre
1st & 3rd Tuesday 1 pm to 3 pm
Horncastle - Bert House
1st & 3rd Wednesday 6 pm to 8 pm
Skegness - 40 Algitha Road
Thursday 6 pm to 8 pm
This is good for wellbeing because
- Because your journey has to start somewhere.
- We offer weekly group sessions and 1:1 support.
- We also provide signposting through a range of mental health and wellbeing services.
