Last Updated: 28/01/2025

Peer to peer community bereavement support groups.

If you are experiencing bereavement or grief and perhaps feel that you have no one to talk to, join one of the Grief Kind Spaces in Lincolnshire.

10:00am-12:00pm every Tuesday in Spalding, every Thursday in Bourne and every Friday in Stamford.

Grief Kind Spaces are safe, informal drop in sessions where people can come for a coffee and a chat with others who are experiencing, or have experienced, what they may be feeling and going through.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • It's a safe space to talk about how you're feeling.
  • It's a chance to meet new people in the community.
  • The volunteers who facilitate the sessions can also signpost to other avenues of support.

The Grief Kind Space is where you can take a couple of hours and talk about all those things that come with the death of someone, that you have to deal with. You can come back into life and carry on that journey."

"And that's what it’s given me. It’s given me the opportunity to talk.
