Lincoln Hearing Voices Group – A Safe Space to Be Heard

Hearing voices is a deeply personal experience, and it can feel isolating—especially with the stigma that often surrounds it. But you’re not alone.

This self-help group offers a safe, welcoming space to talk openly with others who understand. Whether you’re ready to share or just want to listen, you’ll be met with respect and empathy.
We meet every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm in Lincoln. The group is open and ongoing—join when you’re ready, stay as long as you need. No pressure, no judgment.

Talking is a powerful first step toward understanding and managing your experience. Let’s take that step together.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • There will be an opportunity to talk with others about your voices
  • Ideas and coping strategies can be shared.
  • You may become less isolated.
