Horncastle Community Links is an open access centre. It is here to serve the needs of our community with information and face-to-face practical support. We will help anyone and can talk through any problems, offer support and where necessary signpost to local or national groups
We can also assist with a referral for a food parcel and grant referrals. We also advertise for local groups and activities and have a 'What's on' information board.
We are now based in the Church Room at the Horncastle Community Centre - Monday, Thursday, Friday 10 am to 2 pm and Wednesday 12 pm to 4pm.
This is good for wellbeing because
- We are a friendly and caring charity that offers help and support to individuals.
- If an individual requires help then regardless of the problem or query we aim to find a practical solution.
- Our purpose is to improve the well being of our community.
Thank you for giving me the confidence to question what came in my food parcel. This time we had lots of meals and that made the family happy. If there were more organisations like you then the world would be a better place.
