Horncastle Wellbeing Hub - Community Links

Back to Support
Last Updated: 15/03/2024

Community Wellbeing Hub provide grass roots level mental health support. Hubs are led by Community Connectors who provide free, confidential support and advice and signpost you to other services in the local area.

Horncastle Community Links is an open access centre. It is here to serve the needs of our community with information and face-to-face practical support. We will help anyone and can talk through any problems, offer support and where necessary signpost to local or national groups

We can also assist with a referral for a food parcel and grant referrals. We also advertise for local groups and activities and have a 'What's on' information board.

We are now based in the Church Room at the Horncastle Community Centre - Monday, Thursday, Friday 10 am to 2 pm and Wednesday 12 pm to 4pm.

Hubs are a great place to visit if you are experiencing mental health and wellbeing challenges, want to take up a new hobby or activity, or reduce loneliness and isolation.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • We are a friendly and caring charity that offers help and support to individuals.
  • Our purpose is to improve the well being of our community.
  • If an individual requires help then regardless of the problem or query we aim to find a practical solution.

Thank you for giving me the confidence to question what came in my food parcel. This time we had lots of meals and that made the family happy. If there were more organisations like you then the world would be a better place.
