We have for many years run a parent toddler groups where the child has been the focus. We would like to try something new where the parent’s wellbeing is the focus.
Our large room and ball pit area provide a safe, clean, friendly space where the child/ children play enabling parents to engage with us and others.
This is good for wellbeing because
- It is fun and brings that feeling of wellbeing and belonging. Puts a spring in your step and a smile on your face.
- It is friendly, offering new friendships and opportunities.
- It is free.
