This is good for wellbeing because
- It helps reduce the stress associated with the cost of food shopping.
- It provides access to supportive courses for members, including Wellbeing Recovery Action Planning, Job Clubs, Life Skills and Money Management.
- It is a safe space with volunteers who are happy to sit and chat with members.
To me, this place is hope. I struggle with social anxiety but I find it easy to come here.
