This is good for wellbeing because

  • A good nights sleep is essential for health and wellbeing.
  • Those who frequently get less than 6 hours sleep per night are at a significant increased risk of conditions such as stroke, heart disease obesity and diabetes.
  • A lack of sleep also has an impact on the immune system.
  • Mental Health is impacted by lack of sleep and a lack of sleep impacts on Mental Health. Its a vicious circle!
  • By supporting those with mental health conditions to become empowered to make adjustments their mental health will improve along with sleep quality.
  • With an evidence based approach we offer knowledge support and practical advice to improve sleep.
  • Incorporating the elements of sound and nature as well as offering support online via our website.
