Market Rasen Adult Autistic & ADHD Social Support Group (MRAASG) - A safe, welcoming space in Market Rasen for autistic, ADHD & neurodivergent adults to connect, share, and build confidence.

Market Rasen Neurodivergent Social Group

Looking for a space where you can truly be yourself? Join our community-led group for autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent adults. We offer a brave, inclusive environment to connect, share experiences, and access informal peer support.

Our sessions are:

  • Person-centred & non-clinical
  • Focused on understanding, self-advocacy, and social confidence
  • Packed with games, activities, and practical wellbeing tips

The group meets two Fridays each month at Market Rasen
Facilitated by experienced neurodivergent people
No referral needed

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Social Connection: It provides a safe, understanding space to meet others with shared experiences, reducing isolation and building a sense of belonging.
  • Emotional Support: Peer-led sessions encourage open conversation, self-expression, and mutual understanding, helping participants feel validated and supported.
  • Confidence and Growth: Through person-centred activities and gentle encouragement, members can build self-advocacy, communication skills, and social confidence in a non-judgemental environment.

Before this group, I felt like there was nowhere for me to go and no one who really understood. Now I have a place where I can just be myself, it’s made such a difference.
