Meditation on Twin Hearts is designed to uplift your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're seeking more happiness, less stress, sharper focus, or a deeper sense of calm, this meditation helps improve overall wellbeing — and reconnects you with inner peace.
These regular one-hour sessions combine relaxation techniques with guided meditation, offering a calm and welcoming space for all. Held on Friday evenings at 7pm (term-time) at Nettleham Community Hub Studio, participants remain seated and no special equipment or prior experience is needed.
Whether you're new to meditation or have practised for years, each session stands alone and is designed to help you quickly achieve mental calm and inner peace. As the mind relaxes, the body begins to heal too.
A suggested donation of £5 per session goes directly to the MCKS Charitable Foundation UK (Charity No. 1188773).
This is good for wellbeing because
