Our memory cafe is for those suffering with their memory, their carers and friends.

We meet on the first Friday of every month, 10am to 12 noon.

Come and join us for refreshments, music, support and activities.

There is a cost to attend - please contact us for more information.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • We offer fun, exercise, activities and music.
  • We offer fellowship, information and support.
  • The group is for people who know what life is like for you and can offer peer support.
