The men's meeting group is a men-only peer support group that provides men with a safe space to talk openly about their mental health and wellbeing. A place where they can chat together over a cup of tea or coffee.
The group runs weekly from Tonic Health in Spalding, every Thursday 11.00am to 12.30pm.
