National Grief Advice Service (NGAS): Grief Drop-In Groups - Our Grief Drop-In Groups provide a safe, supportive space for anyone navigating loss. Whether you’re seeking comfort, connection, or simply someone to listen, these sessions are open to all.

We’re a caring, community-driven charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s toughest moments. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, coping with a terminal illness, or facing the pain of a relationship breakdown, we’re here for you. Our free, confidential advice and guidance offer comfort, clarity, and hope when you need it most.

What We Offer:

• Weekly Grief Groups – Join us at our Wellbeing Centre to share, connect, and find comfort with others who understand.
• Befriending Service – One-to-one emotional support, available face-to-face, by phone, or via Zoom.
• Counselling Sessions – Professional support from qualified counsellors for both adults and children.
• Wellbeing Activities – Gentle, restorative activities designed to promote healing and build resilience.
• A Warm Welcome Anytime – Drop in for a chat; you’re never alone here.

Our regular sessions are:

Mondays 10:00am-12:30pm / 6:00pm-8:00pm (Grief Group)

Tuesdays 10:00am-12:00pm (Veterans/Emergency Services)/ 5:00pm-6:00pm (Sound Lincs)

Wednesdays 10:00am-2:00pm (Framework) / 1:00pm-4:00pm (Safe Ground - Homeless)

Fridays 10:00am-12:30pm (Grief Group)

Saturdays 10:00am-12:30pm (Cuppa & Natter Group)
