Night Light Café - Online

Night Light Café Online brings support, connection and a sense of community to you, wherever you are. We know getting to a Night Light Café isn’t always possible because of transport, health, mobility or other circumstances.

Night Light Café Online is a welcoming, non-clinical and safe space.

You don't have to share anything or talk about how you are feeling. You can simply listen, chat with others or take part in activities. Join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

There will be time to connect and chat, as well as different activities and things to get involved in.

These may include:

• Topics and themes that you might find interesting
• Guest speakers
• Games and quizzes
• Opportunities to connect with others

We'll share details of what's happening in each session in advance on the Night Light Café Lincoln Facebook page and by email when you sign up.

When is it?

Night Light Café Online launches on Monday 14 September.

It will run:

Every Monday evening
7pm–8pm
Online via Zoom
