NW Counselling Hub CIC - Our mission is to provide a central hub to support children, young people, adults and families within Lincolnshire and beyond with mental health and counselling support.

NWCH was founded in 2017 as there were gaps in the local community for supporting people’s mental health and wellbeing.

We do not discriminate, and therapy is available for anyone in need, regardless of age, gender, sexuality, religion, disability or financial circumstances. We support the most complex of cases, including rape, domestic abuse, sexual violence and trauma. We are proud of how our work supports our community.

We offer therapy both remotely and in person at our hub in Lincoln, between 9am and 7pm.

There is a cost to attend – but there are some free resources

This is good for wellbeing because

  • It offers people the opportunity to have 121 therapies with a fully qualified Counsellor.

  • It offers people the opportunity to join a group, with people who have similar feelings and experiences who understand what you are going through, with effective peer-to-peer support facilitated by a fully qualified Counsellor.

I don’t think I could recommend NWCH enough! My counsellor is great, I feel understood and hopeful and never judged. Thank you!

Personally, I was a very sceptical individual and initially attended as a goodwill gesture to my family who had encouraged me to do so……. that being said I found myself to be able to talk to (let’s be honest, a stranger) about my life and its difficulties in an open and comfortable fashion……. don’t get me wrong I’m no soft touch! But I found it genuinely comforting to be able to do so! …. it makes me ask and look for answers from myself ….. rather than someone with a title telling me what’s wrong……
