Countywide support group for anyone affected by a secondary breast cancer diagnosis.

A chance to make new friends. Offering peer support in an open and friendly place - somewhere you can just be yourself. There will be guest speakers offering advice and support on nutrition, exercise, mindfulness and more. Offering access to further support through the hospice teams. Facilitated by volunteers with a wealth of experience in support and well-being.

Also available in Boston, at St Barnabas Hospice Wellbeing Centre - Novak house. Both groups run 12pm-2pm on the second Monday of every month.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Meeting others with similar experiences - making friends to increase your support network.
