Skegness Day Centre isn’t just a place to visit—it’s a vibrant community of friends who share laughter, support, and joy. No matter your age, ability, or interests, you’ll find warmth, fun, and genuine connection here.

Welcome to Skegness Day Centre!

Looking for company, support, and a warm meal in a friendly space? We’re here for you.

Enjoy a smile, a hot drink, and biscuits when you arrive. Join in with fun activities like quizzes, bingo, singing, art, gentle exercises—and cuddles from Ralph the therapy dog! Or just relax in a quiet corner.

Each day includes a tasty, home-cooked 3-course lunch—often the only hot meal some of our visitors have all week.
We welcome everyone, whatever your age or situation. Whether you're feeling lonely, living with a disability, or just need a change of scene, you’ll find friendship here.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Friendship & Belonging – A warm welcome, companionship, and a chance to connect with others so no one feels lonely or isolated.
  • Good Food & Nourishment – A freshly cooked, locally sourced 3-course meal each day, giving comfort, nutrition, and a highlight to look forward to.
  • Fun & Uplifting activities, laughter, music, gentle exercise, and even visits from a therapy dog — all boosting mood, confidence, and wellbeing.

I first came to the Day Centre 25 years ago after losing my husband. The welcome, the laughter, and the friends I’ve made here have carried me through. I honestly can’t imagine life without this place.
