We run an activity group on the first and third Wednesday of every month, at St Denys Church Rooms in Sleaford.
Sleaford Dementia Support is a small charity based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. We began in 2017 as a community group to replace services lost due to the previous provider losing funding. Contact us to receive a member's form prior to your first visit.
This is good for wellbeing because
- It can help to meet up with like-minded people who have experience of dementia.
- It gets people out of the house, and brings enjoyment through activities.
- We are a free group, offering fun trips and much more.
It's been a complete lifeline.
