South Witham Dementia Singing Group is a group singalong for people living with or caring for someone with Dementia.
You don't need to be any good at singing but just enjoy music.
Taking place on first Tuesday of every month at 10:00am - 11:30am at South Witham Village Hall.
This free event is lots of fun, including free refreshments and a chance to meet others and find out what more support, advice and guidance is available.
This is good for wellbeing because
- Reduce Isolation and loneliness
- An opportunity to find out more about what support is available
- A great chance to meet others and have lots of fun
