Our Community Wellbeing Hub provides grass roots level mental health support. Hubs are led by Community Connectors who provide free, confidential support and advice and signpost you to other services in the local area.
We are a health and wellbeing charity, providing community support to the people of South Holland, Boston and beyond. We are a local organisation, and we understand the needs of the local population.
We work with the community and statutory services to fill in the ‘gaps’ in support where required.
We support people of all ages and backgrounds, especially those who are not considered ‘well’ enough to support themselves in society, but not ‘bad’ enough to receive statutory support from others.
We do this largely through peer-led groups, and “sector-specific” activities. This includes support for people with their mental health, early-onset dementia, veterans, youth clubs and adults with additional needs. Many of our project support staff and volunteers come from a place of lived experience, making us well placed to offer non-clinical support to those in need.
Our Wellbeing Hub a great place to visit if you are experiencing mental health and wellbeing challenges, want to take up a new hobby or activity, or reduce loneliness and isolation.
