Free specialist welfare benefits advice for people in Lincolnshire living with a life-limiting or palliative condition and their families and carers.
The St Barnabas Welfare & Benefits Team supports people in Lincolnshire who are living with a life-limiting or palliative condition, such as COPD, Parkinson’s, dementia, MS, MND or cancer, and are registered with a Lincolnshire GP.
We provide help with benefits, applications, Blue Badges, grants and supermarket vouchers, as well as other support.
Anyone can refer, including you. Call 01476 513544 to make a referral.
You can also visit our Wellbeing Centres in Lincoln, Louth, Boston or Grantham. Home visits and centre appointments are available if needed.
We aim to contact you within 5 working days of receiving your referral.
