We offer opportunities for older people and for people with physical disabilities and brain injuries. Day services aim to improve the wellbeing of people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
There is a cost to attend, however there are some free resources.
This is good for wellbeing because
- Taking part in activities can help boost your mood.
- Meeting new people and making friends helps reduce loneliness and isolation.
- It encourages independence.
It is nice knowing I am a part of something.
If I could come every day, I would.
