Our service offers practical support and advice to stroke survivors, carers and their family. Our Stroke Association Support Coordinators will work with you to identify your needs and support you to rebuild your life after stroke.
Support Coordinators are all home-based workers.
This is good for wellbeing because
- We will give tips and advice to support recovery from stroke.
- We offer information about stroke and advice on reducing risk of a further stroke.
- We offer the opportunity to share experiences with others in a similar situation.
