We are committed to providing compassionate and personal support at a time when people need it. We know it can be difficult to share emotions, thoughts, and feelings with those closest to us, so we offer personalised counselling by phone, video or face to face in a safe, calm, and secure environment.

Support is available to those aged 18+ with residency in South and East Lincolnshire. You can refer yourself into the service or through your GP/health professional that has been granted your permission.

Our person-centred service is worked around you, with no agenda. Our qualified therapists are trained to listen, offer emotional support, and explore various coping strategies based on each individual, as we recognise the uniqueness of each situation.

It improves your self-awareness, as you start to understand what you are feeling and why, leading to fewer emotional and physical symptoms.

You will be encouraged and supported to develop coping skills that can help you adapt to life without your loved one.

This is good for wellbeing because

We want to extend a huge heartfelt thank you for all the love, support, and guidance you have given to us over the last 6 months. The support you gave when it felt like the world was caving in will never be taken for granted. Thank you.
