If you are a young person wanting to access mental health or emotional wellbeing services in Lincolnshire you can call us to discuss self-referral to our services.
Parents/carers can call us to discuss referrals, and professionals working with young people can call us for anonymous advice regarding emotional wellbeing or mental health needs.
Our team can be reached either by telephone or online.
This is good for wellbeing because
- Getting young people with emotional wellbeing or mental health difficulties to the right place at the right time.
- We can provide advice to professionals working with young people who may have emotional wellbeing or mental health difficulties.
- We can often provide signposting information or self-help materials if our services (Community CAMHS, Healthy Minds or MHST) are not appropriate at the time you make contact with us.
I didn’t know where to turn for help. This service has helped me greatly to get started in getting help for my daughter.
Just having someone answer the phone and listen, sympathetically was a massive help, for me.
Very empathetic, knowledgeable and understanding.
