Community Wellbeing Hubs provide grass roots level mental health support. Hubs are supported by Community Connectors who provide free, confidential support and advice and signpost you to other services in the local area.
Warm Welcome Space every Monday 10am - 4pm
Wellbeing Drop-in - Thursday's 11am to 1pm
Dementia Adventurers - Tuesday's 10am to 12pm
