Wednesday Links group currently meets every fortnight for people to get together and chat and catch up. We offer a different theme/topic for discussion, and reminiscence at each meeting.
There is a cost to attend.
This is good for wellbeing because
- It allows people to come to a small, friendly group who otherwise might be feeling lonely or isolated.
- The topics of conversation include opportunities for reminiscing, which is good for memory.
- Other activities offered at the group include quizzes, word searches etc to keep brains active…it is also fun!
